Return Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
At Bagsit.co.za, we want you to love what you bag. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ve made returns easy and fair.
✅ How Long Do I Have?
- You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Same-day returns qualify for same-day refunds.
- Later returns are refunded on the day we receive the item.
📦 What Can I Return?
Items that are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags
- Suitable for resale
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?
We do not accept returns on:
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items
- Opened beauty or grooming items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
💰 How Will I Be Refunded?
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- They may take 1–5 working days to reflect
- Voucher/discount refunds are reissued as store credit
🚚 How Do I Start a Return?
- Log in to your Bagsit.co.za account
- Go to My Orders → Request Return
- Select the item(s) and reason
- Follow the instructions to return via courier or drop-off

🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order for what you want.
⚠️ Return Conditions
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
- Returned items must meet return criteria or they may be rejected
- Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future returns
🧾 Proof of Purchase
We may require your order number or original proof of purchase to process a return.
