Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

At Bagsit.co.za, we want you to love what you bag. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ve made returns easy and fair.

✅ How Long Do I Have?

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Same-day returns qualify for same-day refunds.
  • Later returns are refunded on the day we receive the item.

📦 What Can I Return?

Items that are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Suitable for resale

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items
  • Opened beauty or grooming items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

💰 How Will I Be Refunded?

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • They may take 1–5 working days to reflect
  • Voucher/discount refunds are reissued as store credit

🚚 How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Log in to your Bagsit.co.za account
  2. Go to My Orders → Request Return
  3. Select the item(s) and reason
  4. Follow the instructions to return via courier or drop-off

🔁 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order for what you want.

⚠️ Return Conditions

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
  • Returned items must meet return criteria or they may be rejected
  • Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future returns

🧾 Proof of Purchase

We may require your order number or original proof of purchase to process a return.
